Evidencing the case for change

BDH Community Ventures were commissioned by NHS Waltham Forest to produce a Full Business Case for the redevelopment of the St. James Health Centre in Walthamstow Town Centre. Moving forward from the approved Outline Business Case, we worked closely with the PCT and the Strategic Health Authority, following detailed Department of Health (DoH) guidelines to ensure approval.

Following the DoH Five Case Model, we gathered and developed sufficient evidence to substantiate the need for the Health Centre redevelopment. We produced detailed analysis of the financial data, including running Value for Money analysis and economic options appraisals.

Subsequent to the success of the Business Case the PCT subsequently appointed BDH Community Ventures as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent for the Health Centre redevelopment.
