ANDREAS PARZYCH Director
Andreas is an Executive Director and member of the Management Board of BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A.. He has over 20 years’ experience in infrastructure investment across transport, social infrastructure, and renewables in Europe and North America. He joined BBGI in 2016 as Director, Head of Business Development, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities for the fund, and has played a key role in implementing our growth strategy since joining BBGI. Before joining BBGI, Andreas was a Managing Director with John Laing, responsible for the primary investment activities in Continental Europe. He also worked at PwC in the infrastructure, government, and utilities advisory business.
MICHAEL DENNY Director
Michael Denny has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, with a particular focus on the infrastructure and real estate sectors. He joined BBGI Global Infrastructure in 2012. As the Group’s Chief Financial and Operating Officer, Michael oversees the Group’s corporate finance activities. Michael is a member of the Management Board and serves on the Group’s Investment and ESG Committees.

Des brings over 25 years’ experience across PPP/PFI and LIFTCo asset management and operations, with deep sector exposure including health, education, defence, accommodation, transport, and blue-light services. Before joining BBGi, Des was a Board Director and Head of Operations at Resolis, where he was responsible for overseeing complex, compliance-driven portfolios and leading constructive, outcome-focused engagement with public-sector counterparties and stakeholders. Des has extensive experience in complex commercial negotiations and dispute resolution, including mediations, arbitrations, voluntary terminations and broader contractual settlements. He also brings strong governance, operational and financial oversight capability, developed through many years of working closely with SPVs, lenders and equity investors.
