BDH Community Ventures were commissioned by Barking & Dagenham PCT, to

design, build, finance and operate a health centre in the heart of Dagenham. Broad Street Medical Practice and Walk Centre is the first Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) Practice in the UK providing scheduled and unscheduled care from the same establishment employing the skills of the same clinical team.

Our team ensures the continual service of treatment by maintaining high standards of quality and safety and ensuring compliancy with new regulations.

BDH Community Ventures currently manage the life cycle maintenance and hard facilities management of the health centre, acting as a one stop shop for servicing and ensuring compliancy with new standards of quality and safety.
