The new delivery of modern health care

BDH Community Ventures were commissioned by Barking & Dagenham PCT to manage and deliver upgrades to four Health Centres in line with new statutory infection control standards.

The four buildings needed to remain open serving patients and the public throughout the upgrade works. We worked closely with the four individual premises managers to design a phased programme of works by room delivering continual service to the daily activities of the facilities.

Post completion we produced handover management packs, in coordination with the Infection Control Lead for each building, which outlined the new statutory operational policies and procedures to ensure continued compliancy.

Our budgetary management expertise and unique Value for Money toolkit allowed us to carefully manage an already tight budget and produce 5% budget savings in the final account.
